Youth on the Edge... of Greatness, Inc. (YOE, Inc.) secure the community's future by developing area youth into leaders and achievers. Highlights include:
After school life skills programs are offered at Duke Ellington and Farwell Middle Schools.
A Summer Enrichment and Employment Program for youth ages 11 to 17.
Life skills,academic support and intense substance abuse prevention for young people.

Partnership for Economic Independence, Inc. (PEI, Inc.) believes Eastside businesses need excellent workers to flourish, and neighborhood residents need and want these jobs.
The Partnership for Economic Independence (PEI) project targets chronically jobless families each year, moving them from welfare to work.

 Community Capacity Building and Beautification Rebuilding Communities, Inc.
Rebuilding Communities, Inc. (RC, Inc.) wants residents to be equipped to make change in their neighborhoods. Leadership training, technical assistance and grants are the building blocks of positive neighborhood change.
Project LEAD: Offers leadership training for residents and east side neighborhood groups and Community Beautification Initiatives that includes a tool lending library and new neighborhood parks.
The Neighborhood Toolbox: offers technical assistance, beautification systems, and small grants or vacant reclamation and a forum to discuss issues for our member organizations.
